NDI Training for BEC Staff - Business And Economic Centre

February 11-12 with partnership of National-Democratic Institute (NDI) and Business and Economic Centre (BEC), a two-day TOT (Training of Trainers) training was conducted for the staff of BEC with the purpose of coaching trainers and providing then with required knowledge and skills.

Important issues such as ground rules and techniques of coaching and drawing up agendas were discussed. The staff members gained practical experience of conducting trainings.

BEC and NDI jointly decided to conduct the second stage of the training in spring of 2010.
