On October 7, Business and Economic Centre hosted a meeting with participation of representatives of the civil society and the government. During the meeting the following issues were discussed.

On July 15, Business and Economic Centre (BEC) hosted a meeting which was attended by NGOs involved in peace building process and the Ministry of Reintegration.  The meeting was dedicated to the cooperation of the government of Georgia and civil society on peacebuilding issues.

On July 6, Business and Economic Centre (BEC) hosted a meeting on economic aspects of Georgian-Abkhazian relationship. The meeting was held with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Abkhazia and the Parliament of Georgia.

On February 12 and 13 Business and Economic Centre (BEC) conducted the seminar “The Dialogue between the Government of Georgia and Non-State Actors on confidence building with Abkhazian and Ossetian society” with the support of Temporary Commission on Territorial Integrity Issues.

On October 7, Business and Economic Centre (BEC) hosted the meeting on refugees’ employment issues which was initiated by the Ministry of  Economy of Abkhazia. The meeting was attended by local NGOs and international organizations, representatives of Abkhazian government.
